The Process of Vacuum Tank
First check the state of the vacuum tank, either under vacuum or in the atmosphere.Two procedures for starting the high pressure reactor are determined: the first is the operating procedure under vacuum. Second, operating procedures in atmospheric conditions.
- If the vacuum tank equipment is in a low vacuum state, do not immediately open the gate valve to avoid the backflow of vacuum oil.The correct procedure is to first turn on the faucet, then turn on the mechanical pump and the vacuum meter power supply to observe the reading of the vacuum meter.
- If the vacuum tank equipment is under the atmosphere, the first thing to do is to check for big leakage, that is, close the door of the tank and the vent valve.Then turn on the faucet, gate valve, mechanical pump, gauge power supply, watch the gauge reading, turn on the molecular pump, press the start button.
- When the molecular pump works normally and the working frequency is stable, press the start key of the ionization meter unit in the vacuum meter to observe the vacuum degree.
- The ion pump can be opened when the vacuum reaches -0.1mpa, and the gate valve at the molecular pump can be closed first.
- If there is no need to maintain a vacuum, first turn off the vacuum meter power supply, and then just close the gate valve of the ion pump. Instead of closing the ion pump, keep the internal environment of the ion pump in the working state.
