Autoclave carbon equipment, also called composite autoclave, is the hot pressing curing molding key equipment which is mainly used for the production of metal, non-metal adhesive structural parts and resin such as high strength glass fiber, carbon fiber, boron fiber, aramide fiber and epoxy resin composite, etc. The autoclave carbon equipment can realize heating and pressure curing molding under the condition of vacuuming the composite material products.
Autoclave carbon equipment is the key process equipment for polymer matrix composite component product molding. The forming process is to seal the composite blank, honeycomb sandwich structure or bonding structure on the mold with a vacuum bag, putting it into a autoclave carbon, and then in the vacuum (or non vacuum) state, through the process of temperature rise, pressure rise, heat preservation (medium or high temperature) pressure maintaining, temperature drop and pressure relief, making it become the shape and quality state products. Autoclave carbon forming process is one of the main forming methods of composite structure, honeycomb sandwich structure and metal or composite bonding structure which are widely used. When the material is formed, the uniform temperature and pressure environment provided by the autoclave carbon are used to realize the curing, so the surface and internal quality are high, the structure is complex, and the area is huge.
The curing of composite matrix resin is not only related to the molecular structure of resin, but also related to other components (curing agent, crosslinking promoter, etc). Outside conditions temperature, pressure and time factors on the curing play an important role, these three factors are often referred to the main process parameters according to the change rule of the molecular structure of matrix resin determine its corresponding technological parameters, autoclave carbon and all the autoclave carbon molding process method must be able to control the function of these parameters.
