Is it worthwhile to recover steam from AAC autoclave? The answer is absolutely YES. It will need add an specifically recover device on the aerated concrete autoclave. The aerated concrete autoclave is connected with a precuring room through the first pipeline, there will also have a pneumatic valve on the first pipe line between AAC autoclave and precuring room. It will equip one steam heater in precuring room, one side connect with the first pipeline, the other side will connect with the first steam trap.
The AAC autoclave is connected with a precuring room through the first pipeline by adopt the above technology program. The aerated concrete autoclave steam will enter into precuring room, it will need a lot of steam during the precuring process. This process can save the resource waste and recover the steam by setting up this device. There will have a pneumatic valve on the first pipe line that drive under the gas compress. The pneumatic valve have a simple structure, compressed gas will drive it. The pneumatic valve will open when the aerated concrete autoclave release the steam, it can conduction. It will realize the steam heat by connect with the first pipe line to rise the suitable temperature for the products. Suitable temperature will be helpful to rise the products quality. This process heats the steam discharged from the autoclave for AAC blocks, the steam itself has temperature, this can save the energy usage. The another side of steam heater will connect with the first steam trap that can drain away the steam water. This process will avoid steam loss, letting the heating process balance.
As this process shows, firstly this process will be very trouble, equipments costs will rise. Secondly, the recover steam temperature can not reach the working temperature and pressure, it will need raise the pressure and temperature again. So we suggest that no need do recover treatment for aerated concrete autoclave steam.
