The previous heating element autoclave pressure mostly between 0.8 and 1.4Mpa, temperature around 200℃. For this time a little different with the original, it will need rise pressure to 4.9Mpa due to new materials requirement. We finally confirmed the following technology with customer after by a full communicate.

Our company engineer have made some new design for the heating element autoclave structure due to its pressure more higher than before. About the open door device, our engineer adopt the very high strength forging as the main parts and also we update the design for the hydraulic cylinder.
