The carbon fiber autoclave creates the ideal temperature and pressure environment for the polymerization of the composite material. The carbon fiber autoclave is composed of an autoclave body and a series of subsystems. Our The composite autoclave mainly contains the following components.
- Control System. Our carbon fiber autoclave adopts Siemens PLC computer automatic control to achieve high-precision control and real-time recording of pressure, temperature, cooling and other process parameters. The gas-electric interlocking device ensures that the tank door is closed and can be boosted, and the residual pressure in the tank is discharged. The tank door can be opened in accordance with TSG 21-2016 fixed pressure vessel safety supervision procedures and ASME safety interlock requirements for fast opening pressure vessels.
- Heating System. The carbon fiber autoclave is made of stainless steel heating pipe, high temperature water cooling fan, air duct plate, insulation layer, temperature control system, heating power to meet the tank’s maximum temperature requirements and heating rate requirements, heating power group control, to achieve different heating rates.
