ASME Air Compressed Tank (also called compressed air storage tank, high pressure storage tank, nitrogen storage tank or carbon dioxide storage tank, etc.) is a common pressure vessel used to store air or gas equipment, while stabilizing the system pressure. At the end of Nov. 2021, we received an inquiry from the USA for ASME air compressed tank. The customer produces air compressors, he wants to purchase compressed air storage tank for air compressors. After the customer provided specific parameters, volume 600 Gallon, working pressure 700 PSI. Furthermore we designed according to the customer’s requirements, diameter 1200 mm, height of shell 1600 mmm. Because compressed air storage tank is used in New Jersey, USA. It is made according to ASME standard and requires U Stamp and MDR, and NB registration. So the material of the ASME air compressed tank is SA516GR70.
