Supercritical physical foam molding is a micro-cellular physical foam molding technology. The supercritical physical foam molding process, the supercritical carbon dioxide or nitrogen and other gases are injected into a special plasticizing device in the supercritical physical foam molding process to realize injection, extrusion and blow molding, the gas and the molten raw material are fully mixed and diffused to form a single-phase mixed sol, and then the sol is introduced into the mold cavity or extrusion die, so that the sol generates a large pressure slurry, the gas precipitates to form a large number of bubble core. In the subsequent cooling molding process, the bubble core inside the sol continues to grow and shape, and finally obtain micro-cellular foamed plastic products.
